TinyBDD documentation

Hi users of TinyBDD :)

I've started to work on the Documentation for TinyBDD. First thing out
is how to use TinyBDD together with NUnit.

I would appreciate if you could read through the documentation I've
created so far:

What kind of documentation are you missing in general? This would be
valuable feedback for me regarding further work on the documentation.
