Hi My name is Deborah. I’m researching affordable artist housing. My website  GigsList.info

I research zoning, permits and logistics for outdoor festivals and permanent land projects. Some for hundreds of tiny abodes. Sometimes hundreds of people on the road together for a circus or concert tour. The zoning and logistics are similar to tiny house villages.

Tiny houses have a PR problem. It might be because Youtubers and bloggers are giving bad advice. There’s enough tiny house legal land to keep builders in business, but not in the format they’ve been promoting.

I’m developing a tiny house multi-village project with Jill Kanto from SearchTinyHouseVillages.com in Maryland, and Epik.com a web and tech co in Seattle. I’m  GigsList.info and based in San Francisco CA and from Australia. Each of us have more than ten years specialist experience.

The project is smart live/work tiny houses on legal tiny house lots. Commercial zoned so you can do business and your monthly dues and living costs are tax deductible.

I’m raising funds to get project paperwork and dedicated tools up and running to raise funding for properly zoned land in nice locations. Please make a donation. You’ll then be sent more info about the project and how to get involved.

Until we get funding we don’t have staff for questions, sorry. Hang in there.
