Tiny Home Parking Preferences

We are in the process of adding 7 parking pads for Tiny Homes on our acreage near DFW. Our plan is to build 7, 10' x 30' concrete pads that will have water, septic and metered electric. There are some things we don't yet know that we would welcome input on...

Is 30 amp service considered standard for tinies or should we make 50 amp standard? In most cases, are the connections on a tiny located on the driver's side or the passenger side?

Thanks for any responses! When we start pouring money into it, we want to do it correctly once. ;-)

Hi, Brett:

Did you get an answer to your question?  I'm in the "dreaming" stages of building a tiny house community myself and I'd love to know! 

How has your project turned out?  How many total spaces do you have and are they all filled?

Hi Missey:

We never got an answer but we ended up installing 50/30/20 Amp service pedestals that are individually metered. We're slowly pouring each 10x30 pad and only have 2 completed thus far. Our first tiny arrived about a week ago and our 2nd will be here on 3/27. We have a 3rd that has reserved a space but they won't move in until Summer. As with all construction projects it is more expensive than we originally thought to setup but we're happy with it. It's going to be fun having "tiny neighbors" here! 😊
