Navigator classes using google sheets

Hi All,

I have received a question from a teacher that won't have access to excel next school year. She wants to know if it is possible to make a class file for navigator using google sheets.

Ellen, I have done this with the teachers that I coach in El Paso. They share the google sheet with their class, and the students fill in their first name, last name and ID numbers. The teacher then fills in a column for the class and section and the Google sheet can be saved as a csv file for use in Navigator.

Go to File (drop down)

Select Download (open side selection arrow)

Then select Conna Separated Values

The Google Suite is fairly compatible and works much like the Office Suite.
