Option << Iffn >> Excel Ti Nspire

Hi I have a calculator Ti Nspire Cx Cas, I'm using a Ifnn option calculator excel sheet. 

I would ask if I can nest more conditions in this option. 

an example 

If given a value in the desired cell to show 2 

if on the contrary in a cell gives a value B shows four 

or, on the contrary if you take a C value in the same cel is at 6. 

It is possible to get ??
