I do not know of a manual for using the TI-Nspire CAS for Calculus, but on my website and our TI-Nspire group website there are some nice resources for getting started (like a summer TI-Nspire assignment for new users, etc)

I highly recommend the AP Calc exam prep file. It has some nice tips and shortcuts.

I have enjoyed using this resource for the TI-89. I also remember seeing some of it for the Nspire and appreciating the effort that went into it. I wonder if it needs updated.
