Graping Definite Integrals

What is the best way to graph a definite integral on the Nspire so
that the limits of integration are exact? On the 84, it asked you for
upper and lower bounds. From what I can see, there isn't a place to
do something like that. Is there a better way than using cooridnates
and equations?

Menu, Analyze Graph, Integral and use parenthesis to give the lower and upper bounds.
Below lower bound -1 and upper bound = 3 just before the Enter to confirm the upper bound
