My student's screen is upside down, I've never seen this one.  We tried reformatting the whole calculator, new batteries, and reloading the OS.  None of them worked.  Any ideas?

I think it's a poor contact in the keypad/screen board to board connector.

Doesn't exist anymore on calculators manufactured after October 2015.

With the calculator turned off, try to firmly press on both sides of the case between the touchpad and the screen. That's the location of the connector.

Good luck.

I had one many many years ago. Went through the hoops, but TI said there was no fix for it.  I had bought through Larry Bach at Bach Company.  They include a 2 year unconditional warranty. So I sent it back and got a free replacement!

Good luck!
