Is there a list anywhere regarding what has been fixed/improved/added in the latest OS?

(Thanks!)

The link above from Marc is to a PDF file which details all the changes from each release from 4.0.  Good read!

When transferring this OS to one of my CX CAS classes this morning, I was surprised that all documents on their handhelds were deleted.  I do not recall this occurring in other OS upgrades.  Can anyone confirm this happening in your class?  If so, is there a way to avoid it?.

Note:  The checkbox for Delete all Files...was unchecked.  This is what puzzles me.

Thanks so much for pointing me to all the changes and the nice documentation.

I had not noticed that link when I downloaded the new software.

 I really appreciate the help!

Did not happen for me.  I did want mine deleted for my student handhelds, so I used the Transfer Tool to send out the new operating system and Checked the "Delete all files and folders before transfer".  I made sure my calculator was not in the docking station.  I stopped that transfer, and then just sent the update to my own calculator via right click and "Check for Update" from the content tab. All of my folders/files remained.

Wondering did you send out the reg CX update and have the Delete files box checked?  I have noticed if I am send out the CX versus CX CAS OS, that it tries to send it to all the calculators, but will error "Wrong Operating System".  I wonder if it you sent out the CX OS first, if it deleted the files on all the handhelds before it tries to Update the OS and kicks out for the CAS???

In all my other transfers thus far this morning, no documents were deleted.
The only thing I can think of that may have caused this issue this morning is that perhaps the "Delete Files" box became checked prior to the transfer without my knowing.  I was using a SmartBoard during this process and it may be the case that my finger or more likely, the cuff of my shirt may have brushed over that box - thus checking it.
