Hey,
I am having trouble rotating a point.
The ToolTip says to select the object first.
It seems to me this is wrong when using a single point.  See the top part of the screen shot.
I selected the points in the numerical order.  So it appears to me that the 'rotation point' is the first one selected.

When I use a triangle for the object, it works fine.  In fact, I can select either the object or the rotation point in either order.

[p.s. Make sure you are in the correct mode degree.  For negative values, make the text box first or type the value and then edit it later.]

Correct, to rotate a point you need to select the centre of rotation first.  So, yes, the tooltip is misleading in that case.  The cursor icon is a helpful indicator though.

Thanks Marc.
Seems to me that a new user might easily get exasperated...

The cursor indicator is helpful.  Hopefully TI will will place something like it on the Npad [Nspire App for the iPad].

Which leads me to a second point
It would be nice if there was a directional arrow on the angle when three points are typed in (rather than using a value).  Care must be taken when arranging the three points--direction is implied at the time, but not easily inferred after the fact.

p.s. thanks for taking the time to present Lua last night.  You two were excellent.

Thanks, Travis.  I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I agree, when the TI-Nspire goes to the trouble of drawing in the arc for an angle, a directional arrow would be nice.
