I've released another file to the tutorials section of my site. The
link is http://www.nelsonsousa.pt/index.php?lang=en&cat=2&subcat=5&article=58
This file explores several techniques (with and without coordinates)
to create full turn angles, instead of being limited to 180 degrees,
which is what the Angle measurement tool allows us.
This file should actually be split in three (It has around 60 pages in
total!!!), as it described 3 (somewhat) independent techniques:
- measuring and marking angles of over 180 degrees in Graph view;
- measuring and marking angles of over 180 degrees in Plane Geometry view;
- calculating formulas that use angle measurements and are invariant
under changes of angle units.
The tutorial follows the same design principles of the previous ones:
each page gives instructions for the next step and the following page
displays that step already performed. So even if you find some
instructions to be confusing (it's 2 am and I've just finished it -
some instructions are most definetely confusing), just navigate to the
next page and see what's the intended result.
I hope you enjoy it!
Cheers,
Nelson
PS: I kind of promised this tutorial to a few people when I was at the
KYTN meeting, over a month ago; better late than ever, right?
