Hello friends

 I want to know how perform a 2Way Anova on TI-Nspire any idea?

On a Calclulator page or a Notes page, from MENU > Statistics (in Notes it is MENU> Calculutions>Statistics)
choose Stat Tests, and arrow up once to get what you are looking for. 
I'll let our Stats friends reply if you need more details.

You can turn on the wizard and input your data by a GUI prompt.
Your data should be of "LIST" type. {a1, a2, a3...}

I had this same issue over a year ago with how to set up the data in list and spreadsheets to run a 2-way ANOVA.  I used the solution from this link -  http://www.univers-ti-nspire.com/forum/8-problemes-divers/2057-anova-2-facteurs#2057 .  The webpage is in French, so you might have to translate it with Google.  I hope this helps.
