User Data being deleted

Hi, i got another issue. So my tinode users data is somehow always getting deleted, and this is the log i found from tinode.

"Stale account GC will delete uids: "

the users.trusted column have this value:

{"staff":true,"verified":true}

could you help me understand on whats happening here?

Hi, below is my conf:

  }

im a bit confused on why it marks my account is stale?

The accounts are created as not validated. You are not marking them as validated or your users are not validating them.

Does validated means trusted->>'verified' = true?
