Is there any way to create new user with login which has already existed?

For instance I have user with login "test". This user has a lot of dialogs with different users.

I would like to get free login "test" for new user, but save all messages with the last one.

Is it possible to do it without editing DB?

I tried to send command like this from root user.

acc {
  id: "462493"
  user_id: "usrm6O2Fc9Zrio"
  scheme: "basik"
  secret: "old_test:test12345"
}

But unfortunately I still can't create user test, because there weren't any changes in table auth for this user only in usertags.

Do you have any thoughts?
