TPNG push notify for IOS not worked

Hi! I have a Tinode server on a docker container, version 0.22.13. Successfully connected TPNG service provided by developers. However, IOS does not receive push notifications for any version of the iPhone. At the same time, notifications work on the Android client. Who will tell you what the problem is?

Yes, I have 2 clients with different Iphone with IOS versions 17 and 16. All possible options are included in the settings. The client was downloaded from the Apple store, and none has either push or badge notifications
