Strange R-term behavior

Hello,

During my R/Tinn-R sessions, eventually the terminal starts executing only fragments of commands. It seems to be related to certain symbols (e.g., '>').

For example, if I execute the following commands, everything is fine:

> pc$classid
[1] 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

> pc$classid[pc$classid==2]
[1] 2

But if I execute the following:

> pc$classid[pc$classid > 2]

I get an error:

Error: unexpected ']' in "2]"

Recalling the last command in the Rterm history (Alt+Up arrow in Windows) shows that it attempted to execute only the fragment following the '>' symbol:

> 2]

This is in Tinn-R 4.00.03.05.

My .trPaths no longer works either (have to 'Set .trPaths (Temporarily)' in each new session), but I think this is a separate issue.

Try the new version of the project:
- Pre-release (2016/07/01): Tinn-R_04.02.04.00_setup.exe

The pointed out was fixed.
