Hi,

I don't know how difficult it is to implement this, but what I find a bit frustrating in R is that it is not easy to visually explore datasets as in a spreadsheet.
The View function does the job but it really isn't great in my opinion. It would be nice to have a more user friendly data viewer in Tinn-R similar to the one in Rstudio that can be opened in a separate Window.

Thanks.

Hello,

Take a look at the window Tools/R explorer. You can drag any object to
the editor to check content, etc.

Brilliant! all the columns are nicely aligned and the data is much easier to read. This is very helpful, many thanks.

Is there a way to set a hotkey to do this when selecting the object directly from the editor, i.e. without using the Tools window? also (I might be asking too much) but would it be possible to open the data.frame in a separate window and not in a new tab?

Thanks again in advance.

This is not implemented yet.

No, It is possible to open only one instance of Tinn-R. All file will
be opened in new tab.
