General information
The meeting point will be New Delhi Airport on March 18.
The trip will be made with a minimum of 10 participants registered by January 15, 2026.
Cost of the program:
In triple room: 2,700 USD
In a double room: 2,950 USD
In a single room: 3,150 USD

The program is subject to change.
The program is intended for people who practice sacred circle dance.
It includes:
• 13 nights accommodation on SINGLE/ DOUBLE /TWIN/ TRIPLE share basis.

Assistance in all arrival and departure transfers from India.
• Ground transportation throughout the tour with
air conditioning.
• Visit to the Ghats by boat at sunrise and ride in
a rickshaw in Varanasi
• Entrance fees at all monuments.
• Local guide during the sightseeing in Delhi, Khajuraho, Varanasi &
Bodhgaya.
• Daily buffet Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner at
all the hotels

· In case of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
Registration and reservations
Registrations are received with the completed registration form and a deposit of 500 USD to reserve a place.
A second payment of 500 USD is required by March 1st, 2026
The balance is paid on arrival in US Dolars, in cash.
The initial deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a replacement.
