The number of participants is limited.
The program is intended for people who practice sacred circle dance.
It includes:
• 14 nights in 4-star hotels (details of the hotels in the program).
• Vegetarian breakfasts and dinners.
• Assistance in all arrival and departure transfers from India.
• Train: Gaya – New Delhi: Dep. 23:00 PM Arr. 10:50 AM (2 TIER AC SLEEPER CLASS WITH BED)
• Flights: (Economy Class)
o Delhi – Varanasi: Dep. 11:20 Arr. 12:40

• Ground transportation throughout the tour with air conditioning.
• Visit to the Ghats by boat at sunrise and ride in a rickshaw in Varanasi
• Sacred Circle Dance Sessions with Pablo and Sergio (whenever possible)

• Flight tickets to or from India.
• Medical insurance and cancellation insurance.
• Lunches
• Tips.
• Personal expenses: laundry, drinks, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, medical expenses, etc.
• Any expense not detailed in this program.
• Tickets to temples, monuments, museums, etc.
SPECIAL NOTES:
· Check-In time 2 PM & Check-out time is 1100 AM
· In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
Registration and reservations
Registrations are received with the completed registration form and an initial deposit of 400 USD to reserve a place.
Second payment: 400 USD before September 15th.
The balance is paid upon arrival, in cash.
The initial deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a replacement.
