Tinkerer 1.5 released

I just published version 1.5 to PyPI. 

Biggest feature in this release is customizable landing page (http://tinkerer.me/doc/more_tinkering.html#landing-page).

Some work to support newer Sphinx versions. Under the hood, biggest change is now build is invoked in a subprocess. Latest Sphinx versions use sys.argv and sys.exit internally which makes it difficult to use in the same process as Tinkerer.

Tons of other bug fixes and improvements.
