Hello!

I had this initiative in my mind since forever! But I decided to take the initial step for a section of the documentation 100% for controbutors.

I want to add a section about Golang guideline, one about CI and GitHub action.

Any other idea? if you develop Tinkerbell somehow and you feel comfortable about sharing that, let me know and I will help you find where you can write about it!
