Raplacing files

I'm having trouble replacing a .bmg file. The original was double packed as an LZ.bin. I've extracted the .bmg file and edited the text, but I'm unable to put it back into the ROM and have it work.

Attached picture is what the file looks like. I've probably left some kind of information out, so go ahead and ask if you have any questions and I'll try to answer as best as I can.

Was in a hurry and didn't proofread. Meant to put the title as "Replacing Files." However, if anyone wishes to rap about replacing files, you may be my guest and will have my respect.
