As the title suggests, this game's main focus is running a pizzeria and making sure it's a safe environment. Failure to do so may result in getting sued, and possibly risk bankruptcy if sued too many times. The true gameplay of the game, however, after finishing their pizzeria, forces the player to sit in an office until closing time to fend off the salvaged animatronics that lurk inside while they finish their tasks.
Between August and November, there were three teasers of Freddy with a cake, Freddy close to three children, and Freddy juggling pizzas. This was speculated to be a pizzeria tycoon game, which was hinted back in June.
Upon starting the game, the objective requires the player to fill up their pizzeria with items from a catalog that reflect atmosphere, safety, entertainment, and bonus revenue. The player must also avoid items with a liability risk in order to prevent lawsuits, as described by Tutorial Unit.
Salvaging the animatronic will yield a revenue bonus. Throwing the animatronic back into the alley will yield no bonus, but the animatronic will not be loose in the pizzeria. When salvaging an animatronic, they must make sure that the animatronic does not come too close, or it will jumpscare them, and the bonus revenue will be lost. The player can use a taser to get the animatronic back to a stable position, but using it more than three times decreases the animatronic's salvage value. Along with the new version of Baby, the following animatronics that can be salvaged include a mangled Funtime Freddy, a self repaired Springtrap, and a mysterious black bear.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator is a point-and-click business simulation survival horror video game developed and published by Scott Cawthon. The game is free on Steam and Game Jolt for the Windows platform. Released on December 4, 2017, it is the sixth main installment of the Five Nights at Freddy's video game series, the seventh game overall, and is chronologically set after the events of the third game. Initially marketed as a simulation game where the player manages their own franchised pizzeria, the game is gradually revealed to continue its predecessors' concept of surviving against hostile animatronic characters for multiple nights in a row.
The game then turns into a business simulation, where the player buys decorations for their fictional restaurant and places them around the restaurant. Buying these items can increase the atmosphere, health/safety and entertainment standards, with the possibility of also giving them extra revenue. However, many of these items can also increase liability risk and lead to lawsuits which can be fought or settled, both at the cost of money. Sponsorship offers can be accepted for money but can cause audio and visual distractions for the player later in the game. Arcade games placed in the restaurant can also be interacted with to play minigames, increasing their "Faz-Points". Faz-Points are the in-game points earned whenever the player plays the minigames or buys a new item and places it in the pizzeria. For every 1000 points increased, the player gets $100. Some minigames such as, "Fruity Maze", "Midnight Motorist", and "Security Puppet" have their own story inside the main game that all connect to Fazbear Entertainment's co-founder and series antagonist, William Afton.
In order to finish the game, the player must survive six full days and nights. Several different endings are possible, depending on factors such as the degree of improvement made to the pizzeria, the number of lawsuits brought against the pizzeria by customers, and whether or not the player salvaged every animatronic, among other conditions.
In addition to running the restaurant, the player, under obligations of "Paragraph 4", must also check maintenance at the end of each day with four possessed and dilapidated animatronics: Scrap Baby, which is Circus Baby rebuilt from scraps after being ejected from Ennard following the events of the previous game; Molten Freddy, the remains of Ennard with Funtime Freddy as its primary head; Lefty, a mysterious black bear animatronic; and Springtrap (nicknamed "Scraptrap"), the worn-out Spring Bonnie costume which contains the undead body of serial killer and Fazbear co-founder William Afton, who survived the destruction of Fazbear's Fright. The player can either complete the maintenance under the guidance of the mysterious "Cassette Man" before salvaging the animatronics, or throw them back outside, unless they have already snuck in the pizzeria through a previously purchased discounted object. The player is left to survive each night as the salvaged animatronics attempt to kill them.
The game features six different endings, which are determined by the players actions and management of the pizzeria. Most of the endings are caused by the player poor management of the pizzeria, and will result in the player being fired alongside be given a certificate that describes the fate of their career. If the player manages to complete the game with a low liability as well as meeting other requirements, a scrapped version of Circus Baby reveals that the player was deceived into allowing her to control all of the "souls" and make her father proud. During her speech however, Henry Emily, the co-founder of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza alongside William Afton, interrupts her and reveals that he constructed the restaurant solely to trap all animatronics inside and free the souls that possessed them. He then sets fire to the pizzeria, killing him, the unnamed employee, and destroying all animatronics and freeing their souls (including the one of his daughter), except Afton, whom Henry implies the "deepest pit of hell" to have opened for him.[1]
In June 2017, Cawthon hinted towards the development of a sixth main game in the series, with a teaser on scottgames.com[2] showing a picture that appeared to be Circus Baby from Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location, but later announced his decision to cancel the game and instead develop a separate installment similar to FNaF World such as a "pizzeria tycoon".[3] Teasers for a new game began appearing on Cawthon's website in late 2017. On December 4, 2017, Cawthon released Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator on Steam as freeware, which fans presumed to be the game he had referred to previously.[4][5] In February 2018, Cawthon announced he would be developing an update for the game which would feature over fifty animatronics: this later became a separate game named Ultimate Custom Night (2018).[6]
Unlike last time, I will talk about more than just the FNAF 6 part. The premise of this game is that you're opening up your very own Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. You start out with only $100, but you can buy games, animatronics, and more to increase the Faz-Rating of your pizzeria. How good these things are depends on the cost, as well as the Atmosphere, Health & Safety, Entertainment and the Bonus Revenue they give. Doing these things also give you tokens which you can use to play the arcade games you buy. There's also the liability risk, which an item or animatronic can have either at random or based on how you play the game. If the risk is high, then you'll get lawsuits which you can either settle or fight against (though the second option costs more). After you're done, you have to sit at a computer, complete some tasks for your Pizzeria, and make sure no animatronics kill you. You can lure them away from your office with audio, track their movement with the motion detector, use the flashlight on them if they get too close, use a silent ventilation system to make minimal noise, or turn off your computer and/or fan so they won't attract them with the sounds they make (but if you don't turn the ventilation back on, then you'll pass out after the temperature reaches 120 or higher). You can also upgrade your computer to complete your tasks faster and more quietly. The advertisements you can buy for your pizzeria also affect the gameplay since an ad will pop up sometimes and make loud noise until you can skip it. When you're done with that, you have the choice to either salvage an animatronic for extra cash, or throw them back into the alley. If you fail the salvage, then you'll get jumpscared and the animatronic will be loose in the pizzeria, increasing the liability risk of an item.
Henry Emily, the founder of Fredbear's Family Diner and it's animatronics, has been through a lot. The man he trusted and was business partners with killed his daughter, used his suit to murder more children, tainted the reputation of his characters, caused the spirits of his daughter and the children to possess his animatronics who are now blinded by revenge, and he has found ways to give them a fate worse than death to suit his needs. Henry wants to end his life, but not yet. Tired of watching William Afton ruin his and other lives, he decides to put a stop to it once and for all. Using his skills as an inventor and the knowledge he has on Afton, he creates a pizzeria with a labyrinth around it (or under it?) that will serve as a trap for Afton and any other haunted animatronic. William Afton, as Springtrap, already escaped the ruins of Fazbear's Fright and is now wandering around. Circus Baby (possessed by Elizabeth Afton) has been ejected from Ennard due to her behavior towards the Funtimes and created a new body for herself called Scrap Baby. What's left of Ennard is now controlled by mostly Funtime Freddy and the others, now calling themselves Molten Freddy. The Puppet (possessed by Charlie Emily) has also returned to both protect children and search for William, but ended up trapped inside Henry's newest animatronic: Lefty. Henry needs someone to bring in the animatronics and act as a manager for the pizzeria, and the person who does this is Michael Afton. He salvaged each animatronic that Henry lures until Saturday where Henry reveals his true plan. He sets the place on fire and everyone dies, the suffering William caused finally over. It sounds like a good story and I would say it's a decent finale, but...
