Onthe Answer Key page, allocate the correct answers to each numbered question for your assignment. You can create multiple versions of the same bubble sheet assignment, each having individual answer keys.

On the Answer Key page, you can create up to five different versions of the assignment by selecting the +Add Version button. Each version can have its own answer key, point value, and scoring settings. To delete the last created version, select the red X.

If your assignment has multiple versions, instruct your students to mark their version on their answer sheet. Different versions of the same bubble sheet assignment can be scanned together as a single PDF file. You do not need to pre-sort the submissions by version; Gradescope does this automatically.

If we have been unable to automatically assign a version to a submission, you will be informed on the Manage Submissions page. The number of uncertain versions will be highlighted at the top of the page, and a question mark will be displayed under the Version column for the affected student(s).

Occasionally, Gradescope needs more information to be more confident about what a student has selected as their answer. This could be because the bubble was not fully shaded, or they changed their mind.

If your assignment has multiple versions, you can view, publish, and download grades for a specific version by selecting the individual version's tab located at the top of the Review Grades page. Select the All tab to action all of the versions at once.

If your institution has LMS (Learning Management System) integration enabled, you can post grades from your Gradescope assignment to the LMS via the Post Grades to [LMS Name] button on the Review Grades page.

As of 2018-19, only the grades 5 and 8 Statewide Science Assessment is still being administered. For information about those assessments, visit the Statewide Science Assessment page of the FDOE website. Practice materials for the Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) are available on the FSA Portal.

The FCAT 2.0 Sample Test and Answer Key Books were produced to prepare students to take the tests in mathematics (grades 3-8) and reading (grades 3-10). Sample Test and Answer Key Books for grades 5 and 8 science are available on the Statewide Science Assessment page. The Sample Question Books are designed to help students become familiar with FCAT 2.0 questions and to offer students practice answering questions in different formats. The Sample Answer Keys are designed to be used by teachers to explain to students the answers and solutions to the questions in the Sample Question Books and to identify which Next Generation Sunshine State Standards benchmark is being tested by the question.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING FORM COMPATIBILITY: The Test Scoring office can only grade quizzes and tests that are filled out on the pink/raspberry Scantron form with the UCF Pegasus logo (Scantron Form No. 209161). This answer form is double sided, supports up to 100 questions, up to 4 different test versions (A, B, C, or D), and may be filled out with a pencil or with blue or black ink.

In addition to the physical paper Request form, filling out the online service request is also needed because it creates a digital record that something was placed in the drop box. Without that record, you have no proof anything was ever dropped off if your materials go missing. We have always tracked submissions with an online system in addition to the paper request forms, but in the past this step was done by the support staff, which we unfortunately no longer have full-time.

Once we have finished processing your job request, please pick up your materials as soon as possible. Although the scores are uploaded to your gradebook, you should still pick up your materials as soon as possible because any forms with errors will not have their scores uploaded until you do it manually. This is especially important after final exams, because you will need to enter those scores before grades are due. Any materials that have not been picked up before the end of Add/Drop of the following semester will be destroyed.

Our scanning machine does not print the results directly on each answer sheet, because it only does scanning. The grading is only done after all answer sheets have been scanned. We then use custom software that scores the results and pairs those scores to the forms based on the ID NUMBER that the students have bubbled in. If that number is missing or does not match a student record enrolled in that class, then the scores are matched to the form serial number instead.

If you have submitted a job and have not received any notifications within two business days, please check your online gradebook. If the scores are there, your request is complete and your materials are ready to be picked up. If the scores are not there, please contact the Test Scoring Office by email at test...@ucf.edu or call 407-823-5493 for assistance.

Remark Office OMR is a virtual application in the LeBow vLab. As such, it can be opened in 2 different ways: through a web browser or using the Horizon client. For Remark OMR, it is strongly recommended you launch the software using the Horizon client. To do that, you will need to ensure you have the following configured on your computer:

Using Remark to grade exams begins by correctly printing the blank answer sheets your students will use. Many errors occur within Remark when the blank answer sheets are not printed correctly, so please follow the steps below carefully.

IMPORTANTYou MUST print the test version on your exam so the students can fill in the correct Test Version bubble on their answer sheets. This is the field Remark will use when grading the exams to match each student sheet with the correct answer key version.

If you edit a question and then realize you got them out of order, you can simply hit the Move Up or Move Down buttons with that question selected. If you forget a question, you can hit the Insert button to insert a question and specify where it should go in sequence.

By hitting the down arrow above the questions, a menu appears that allows you to easily select groups of questions and edit them all at once. For example, if the even-numbered questions need to be labeled FGHIJ versus ABCDE, you can hit Select Even to edit them all in one action.

By default, GradeCam gives each question a point value of one, but you can change the value in the Edit menu. You can also give partial credit by adding another answer option and setting the point value to .5 for each, for example.

From the edit menu, you can attach standards to individual questions. Once you register for GradeCam, your standards will automatically populate based upon your state. You can also select different banks of standards-based upon subject, grade level, and even keywords.

So you can mimic the exact format of your existing assessments, GradeCam can create multi-step questions. Simply change the Question field in the Edit menu to 1a or 1b, for example. GradeCam will even renumber the rest of your questions in sequence if you wish.

The solution is accessible from virtually any Web browser on PCs, Macs and tablets, with nothing to instal and no IT resources required. It also adheres to a full spectrum of security standards for a safer, more productive education environment.

Create personalised answer sheets with multiple choice questions, maths grids and subjective questions for essays or write-in responses. You can also quickly design generic answer sheets with bubble-in student ID grids tailored for larger classes.

Automatic processing is handled in the cloud once tests are received from the Lexmark MFP. After the grading process, exception-based workflow occurs so teachers can review blank answers, resolve multiple responses and make corrections before grades are finalised.

The solution allows for more than one correct response and sets question points for correct, incorrect and blank answers. Educators can set a test benchmark to quickly see which students achieve the desired score, and the solution provides scores on specific learning objectives or standards in addition to the overall test.

Users can quickly export raw data from CSV, Excel, Access and more to other formats for easy import into analysis applications. The solution also imports rosters listing student, teacher, class and test information for fast identification and tracking.

The scanner is meant to be used by all Faculty. If you have not used Scantron before, your credentials will need to be added to the system. To initialize this process, please email the Service Desk (servi...@ithaca.edu) or submit a ticket through a general help request. Teaching Assistants are welcome to run exams through the scanner, but will need to request access from a Library, or in Smiddy from a staff member in the HSHP Dean's Office.

If the Scanner is busy we recommend waiting and utilizing a quiet workspace nearby. In most cases, it takes less than 5 minutes for one person to run one exam. If the area is occupied and you want to avoid interrupting the person ahead of you, then you will need to come back at a later time.

Self Service Scanning does not take long. The system is optimized to help reduce the number of options and settings that need to be set by the user. A stack of 50 bubble sheets + answer key + set up time takes 3-5 minutes to scan. For complete instructions, see the Related Article: Introduction to the Self-Service Option for Optical Scanning of Student Assessments.

Currently, the system can auto-scan 100 answer sheets at once, but we recommend keeping your stacks around 35-50 sheets at a time to avoid any mechanical errors. The self-service system will ask if you have more sheets to scan, so you can always add more sheets and continue scanning before the reports are generated and sent to your inbox.
