I had autocad 2018 before and it was the same. if i work with revit or inventor, everything is fine. But when i open autocad it change the keyboard. I have to restart the computer to get it back as wanted.
I tried to uninstall autocad and the language pack and reinstall it, with the same result.
Autocad 2023 french language pack Starting from AutoCAD 2023 release, the language packs are no longer available for download from the Autodesk Knowledge Network website. To download the 2023 language packs, go to -services/updates and sign in to your Autodesk Account.
