Any ideas why Chrome store says it's not supported on my computer?

I'm running Windows 8 64 bit with Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m, but I see the following message in the Chrome store.

I've just started using Tincr on another computer and am already a huge fan. Does anyone have any ideas on what's going on?
