why cant I use touch screen ?

I have gave all permissions and enabled the tincore keyboard option so why left click or touch screen etc functions do not work on my marvo gamepad xperia xa2 phone ?
I have even paid for unlimited touch mapping and autofire buttons so please developer help me

And no, I tried to understand through the unknown language videos how to select the whole screen for touch compatability or something like that and there were functions i think that were not click key, click key (autofire), execute function, do nothing, disabled and hide, disabled which arw the only available ones even though I bought 2 perks that are part of the screen touch function
