cant detect/discover my bluetooth gamepad please help!

to Tincore

when i click the tincore app it says "to control key presses Tincore Keymapper IME is needed. Please enable it in the setup screen and set as default input method." i enabled it in accessibility options and make it as my default input method and still it cant detect my controller. but at first time it detected my controller but then my phone died and when i open it again it wont detect anymore is there, maybe i did something in the options that "brooke" the app is there a way to completely remove TKM on my phone and fresh install it, where can i find its directory? cant find it in android/data or in obb so i could delete it please help its 2:41 am now i started to fix this 4 hours ago and my eyes are so red and my hearth is pumping so fast and i wanna punch someone please help or just kill me now x(.

and the 4 floating buttons on the right is gone too how do i enable it? the arrows and "4" icon
