How to configure Tincore?

Hello,

my tablet is not rooted, and I would like to use a USB controller to play NBA 2K19.

Is there a need of rooting for that?

Also please tell me how to use a game booster in conjunction with Tincore,so the game booster would not kill Tincore while gaming?

And also please tell me how to properly configure Tincore for using of the USB controller?
