Español en un futuro. Si alguen puede traducir esto en los comentarios estaria MUY agradecido... si no en un par de semanas posteo esto en español.

After lots of trial and error and some reading here I finally made the gamepads to work properly and I'm writing this in order to help anyone who has trouble because the developer is too nice and kind actually answering all posts despite the person asking being rude and ungrateful.

I made them work with the Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" SM-T230

Before continuing there are 4 modes this gamepad can be sync and used in android, (read your manual) DO NOT use the apps ipega made, they don't work, thats why we are trying to use tincore in the first place.
PAIR with the X button, this is gamepad mode, the most compatible with everything, if you read and tried all the solutions and didn't worked for you THEN try B button for iCade mode and lastly A button for keyboard mode. Y button key mode should not be used, they are for the ipega apps.

First question, Does it work? pair with the X mode gamepad and try some emulators like snes9x ex+, it should autodetect and work with all the buttons once you map them if your ipega doesn't connect and pair UNBIND all the bluetooth devices from your device, turn off bluetooth, press the reset hole in the device while on, turn bluetooth on try again to pair. If that doesn't pair read the following questions for troubleshooting.
1.- Solution: Unbind all bluetooth devices, turn bluetooth off, Reset the ipega, turn bluetooth on and Pair with X button

Second question, are you ROOT? if not this is your issue, there is no reason not to root only maybe warranty but there are ways to unroot and the likehood of you needing a warranty is low because this shitty phones come with 1yrs or maybe 2yrs tops... for them they are disposable, despise the high price.
2.- Solution: ROOT

Third question, is this device android 4.4.X, if yes then you need to install an app called SELinuxModeChanger to change the mode of security enabled in android 4.4.x to permissive.
3.- Solution: Download      http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2524485     run and set permissions to permissive.

Fourth question is this device an HTC or LG stock? they are notorious (specially LG) for not be able to use gamepads or being incompatible with most. The only solution is to install a custom rom (android rom) because root alone is not enough.
4.- Solution: Unless you see a video or review of someone who has the same device as you with STOCK rom and they have tincore working then you will have to install a custom room, head to google and search custom rom for *your device*

Fifth question is this device a Samsung one? read next question
5.- Solution: read next solution

Sixth question has this device Knox installed? if yes then google how to remove and COMPLETELY remove knox, its not just uninstalling an apk, you need to remove several things, you need root and titanium backup.
6.- Solution: completely remove knox and reboot, google how to remove knox

Seventh some devices won't matter if chinese or american (HP devices and laptops are notorious at this) made may come with buggy bluetooth hardware/driver, this is very annoying and the only solution is to update the stock rom/firmware if there is one available, if not then you might be out of luck, search youtube and google if someone has your device and tincore working with the ipega, if yes then ask NICELY them how they did it.
7.- Solution: Update firmware/driver/rom, ask if someone has them working how they did, probably using the solutions above.

TINCORE itself

Eight, does tincore detects your ipega? in the tincore sidebar there should be an ipega gamepad, if NO then try solutions above AND reboot device, enter SETTINGS/APPICANTION MANAGER/TINCORE, stop process, clean cache and clear data, then try again solution 1 then run tincore, now if even after all above didn't work then I'm sorry I think your bluetooth and ipega aren't compatible.
8.- Try solution 1, then enter settings/application manager/tincore, stop process, clean cache and clear data, run again, does not work? Get a new device

Ninth if tincore DOES detects your ipega but you can't map (remember to map you need to have the sidebar and press the screen on the left, then LONG PRESS the buttons of the ipega, if they don't appear try solutions 2, 3, 5, 6.
9.- try solutions 2, 3, 5, 6.

Tenth and last, does tincore detects your device and long press buttons to map BUT they are the wrong buttons and/or more than one button appear then congratulations! you're almost there, try solution 8 and reboot device, re pair, if not then you might need to do what I did, I did solution 8 and then I used another gamepad in GAMEPAD mode and map the buttons, then switch gamepad using the same profile.

FINALLY the solution to end all solutions... or more like a last hope, might not even work but is worth a try and if you're stuck in EIGHT, NINGTH or TENTH then this may work. I will share my backup made with titanium backup of tincore, use titanuim backup and be rooted to restore tincore, if this works you should have a working tincore, you only need to remap and/or re arrange the buttons overlays.
