Hi everyone!

Apologies for sending this out without the Spring edition of Sustainability News, but I thought you might be interested, and the newsletter won't be out for a couple of weeks yet.

This Thursday night, DCAN has organised the Darebin Safe Climate Forum. DCAN is holding this event to help raise awareness of the seriousness of global warming in the local community. The event will be held this Thursday on September 17th 7.15pm

Three speakers from different backgrounds will present their viewpoints on this issue including:
  1. Rod Quantock – Comedian,
  2. Tim Forcey – Energy Expert & Engineer, and
  3. David Spratt – Co-author ‘Climate Code Red’

Come along to this free event, for a community night of fun and laughter and become informed about climate change. See the flyer attached for more details.

The event will be held at the Darebin Arts & Entertainment Centre, Bell St, Preston.

Cheers,

Emily
