An age-old vulnerability of physical keypads is visibly worn keys. For example, a number pad with digits clearly worn from repeated use provides an attacker with a clear starting point. The same concept can be applied to keyboards by using a thermal camera with the help of machine learning, but it also turns out that some types of keys and typing styles are harder to read than others.

A few things make things harder for the system. Fast typists spend less time touching keys, and therefore transfer less heat when they do, making things a little more challenging. Interestingly, the material of the keycaps plays a large role. ABS keycaps retain heat far more effectively than PBT (a material we often see in custom keyboard builds like this one.) It also turns out that the tiny amount of heat from LEDs in backlit keyboards runs effective interference when it comes to thermal readings.

The COR-TM70E Ultra High Resolution Thermal vision camera is a wall or ceiling mounted system design for temperature monitoring of personnel and equipment. This model provides high resolution and more detail than the COR-TM50H. The high temperature alert system send users real time notification when a threshold is reached. Thermal cameras are perfect for finding hot spots or abnormal temperatures on people or objects. Viewing temperature variations in real time using thermal technology is used at airports, seaports and by fire departments worldwide. This model also streams to PC software.

This technology allows for viewing in lit or completely dark areas without illuminators. Thermal cameras are perfect for health monitoring, fire and heat detection, and petrochemical applications. This system uses thermal energy generated at an atomic level to create a video images.

The COR-TM70E Dual Camera system, Ultra High Resolution Thermal camera plus CCTV is a pro grade system design for temperature monitoring of personnel and equipment in high risk areas like airports, seaports and industrial applications. The high temperature alert system send users real time notification when a threshold is reached.

This technology allows for viewing in lit or completely dark areas without illuminators. Thermal cameras are perfect for health monitoring, fire and heat detection, and petrochemical applications. This system uses thermal energy generated at an atomic level to create a video images.

How many models are in the Zenmuse H20 Series? The Zenmuse H20 Series has 2 models: the Zenmuse H20 (Triple-sensor model with a wide-angle camera, a zoom camera, and a laser rangefinder) and the Zenmuse H20T (quad-sensor model with a wide-angle camera, a zoom camera, a laser rangefinder, and a radiometric thermal camera)

If the object is within the minimum focusing distance, the camera will not be able to focus. For example, if the aircraft/payload is 5 m away from a pylon, the camera will not be able to focus at a zoom level greater than 14.2x.

What is the difference between high and low gain modes in the thermal camera of the Zenmuse H20T?
High gain mode: displays a smaller temperature measurement range at a high quality, the temperature measurement range is -40 C to 150 C.
Low gain mode: displays a larger temperature range at relatively lower quality, the temperature measurement range is -40 C to 550 C.

What is Flat-Field Calibration or FFC in the Zenmuse H20T? Flat-Field Calibration is used to optimize thermal image quality so temperature changes can be observed more easily. You can choose to manually enable FFC by turning off the automatic FFC adjustment in settings.

Are there different versions of the Zenmuse H20T with different focal length options? What is the focal length of its thermal camera? The Zenmuse H20T only has one model. Its thermal camera has a focal length of 13.5 mm (F1.0), equivalent focal length: 58mm, DFOV 40.6

What can I do when the lens fogs up? The Zenmuse H20 Series is designed to prevent water damage to the camera components. But if the humidity is too high or if the payload is exposed to rain, water vapor could still enter the camera. Once powered on, the electrical components will heat up, causing the water vapor to evaporate, resulting in condensation or fog on the lens. This can usually be solved by turning on the aircraft/payload and waiting for the water vapor to dissipate. When not in use, we recommend you store the payload in a designated case or a cool, dry place with a relative humidity of less than 40%.

What can I do when the protective glass to the camera fogs up? A protective material that protects against moisture is added between the lens and the protective glass to prevent moisture condensation on the protective glass. But it could be saturated with moisture if the humidity of the storage location is too high or if a wet payload is put back into the box. This could cause the protective glass to fog up, and it might take a while for the fog to dissipate once turned on. You can use a blow dryer to speed up the process. Again, we recommend wiping the payload dry after water exposure, and storing it in a designated case or a cool, dry place with a relative humidity of less than 40%.

What is High-Res Grid Photo Mode? In DJI Pilot, by dragging to select an area in wide camera view, an image will be taken using the wide-angle camera while the gimbal rotates to automatically capture a series of photos at 20 MP of the selected area using the zoom camera at the current zoom level. All of the images captured will be stored in the same sub-folder on the SD card, generating an HTML file that can be opened in a web browser to view the overview image and the detailed close-up images.

For what scenarios can I use the Zenmuse H20 Series? The Zenmuse H20 Series delivers useful insights in a variety of scenarios, for example, public safety applications including firefighting, fire prevention, search and rescue, and traffic law enforcement; energy industry application including asset and equipment inspection, geothermal energy exploration, and oil and gas inspection.

Can I use the Zenmuse H20 Series for aerial surveying? The Zenmuse H20 Series was not designed specifically to meet the accuracy requirements for aerial surveying, but you can use the wide-angle camera to capture images in Mapping missions in the DJI Pilot App.

Not magic... impressive technology
Infrared radiation (IR) is emitted by every object above a temperature of -273C. The human eye cannot detect infrared radiation, but an infrared camera can. It can take pictures of objects to show the amount of heat they are emitting. Such pictures consist of a map of colours that show surface temperatures of the object. An infrared camera is an invaluable diagnostic tool in a variety of industries, as it can detect abnormally hot or cold areas or components. In other words, you can detect problems that are not normally visible with the naked eye.

The benefits of infrared
An infrared camera is a powerful maintenance tool, as in many instances equipment failure is preceded by a period of increasing heat. An infrared camera is also an excellent building inspection instrument, it quickly scans and identifies problem areas that can't be seen by the naked eye. It is also used for repair verification and insurance purposes. An infrared camera gives you the following benefits:

T-Lite is a thermal camera with online detection function, the product is mainly composed of M5StickC-PLUS and UNIT THERMAL, using MLX90640-BAA infrared imaging sensor. As an esp32 cam, it uses ESP32-PICO-D4 chip, with WIFI function, 135*240 resolution TFT screen, built-in 160mAh battery, its "T-Lite" The T in the name stands for Temperture temperature, and Lite stands for small, highly integrated. Users can set the high temperature warning function, and view temperature images and data in real time through the cloud and LAN. M5 also provides an online data API interface, which can obtain remote images and corresponding data through EZData, which is convenient for engineering project applications.

I bought this because it wasn't ridiculously expensive like other models, and while it isn't high resolution like my other thermal cameras, it has won a spot in my tool kit for just being compact and handy, and does the job the others do just as well when it comes to finding hot spots in electronics, air leaks around doors, windows and outlets, just like the far more expensive competitors. If you don't have a thermal camera yet, this is the PERFECT starter camera to show you want thermal cameras can do.

its a cool little thermal camera. I had a leak of hot air in my attic and was able to identify the leak with this little portable thermal camera. I live in a winter state so I was able to stop ice from forming on my roof with this.
