minor fix for beta 0.954

Hello,

In the last beta version 0.954, I cleaned up the images directory and
deleted what I had thought were unused images. These images are used
in the toolbar buttons and add pulse panel buttons. So, the images
in the add pulse panel are missing.

A temporary fix is to copy the images from older version of the
program.

cd c:\myapps\TimingAnalyzer_b954\images
cp c:\myapps\TimingAnalyzer_b953\images\*.* .

I also made copy of the images directory you can download.

This will be fixed in the next version, beta 0.955.
