new beta version b0.992

Hi All,

This new version beta 0.992 is available for download from the website:

www.timing-diagrams.com

• This version fixes a fatal issue found with beta 0.991 when adding pulses to signals in newly created diagrams.
• This version still contains the other fixes and improvements from beta0.991.
• The pulse delay offset time in the toolbar was removed but offsets can still be added by using the arrow key combinations to move the pulses.
• A little improvement to the DFF and Binary Counter allows GND and VCC signals to be easily connected to the inputs.
