"Part_Delay" definition not saved in TIM file (version 0.9898)

If I create a diagram and use the default delays tpd1 and tpd2, the Part_Delay definitions are not saved in the TIM file so when I reopen (or reload) the delays are missing from the diagram. The usage of the delays is saved, so I can edit the TIM file in a text editor to restore the Part_Delay definitions. If I "Reload" the file the delays re-appear.

BTW I've just come back to using TimingAnalyzer briefly after a long time away. I've tried other tools in the meantime, but for me none are as flexible as TimingAnalyzer. Great tool, thanks Dan.

I will put that on my list to fix.   Thanks for the feedback.  

I'm working on a set feature that is described in the attached document.  It is currently being beta tested in grad school course (processor core design).  I should have a new version coming out soon with this functionality.
