cannot open timinganalyzer on windows 7

Hi, I cannot open TimingAnalyzer_b9895 on Windows 7. Each time I run the jar by java -jar TimingAnalyzer.jar,

it reports the following message. How can I solve it?

Hi Jason,

Did it work at any time since you downloaded it?

I have seen problems starting because of bad downloads and because of corrupted .tim files. If it's the latter,  please send me your .tim file so I can check it.
