What's up with TimezoneJS?

Just a quickie starter thread -- I've started this project because
over the past couple of years there's been lots of fixes and suggested
changes for the fleegix.date.Date plugin.

I'd like to make this process a little more open. Even if
participation is low, it would be good to have a place for people to
see what's going on, and make it easier to contribute or express
ideas.
