Can a filter be used to mask (or select) a folder

Is it possible to use a filter to select for a specific folder containing records with a range of client/task/project etc? The way I prefer to look at my TS database is to organise records into folders where the folders represent a common theme that applies to a range of clients and projects.

You cannot filter folders; only time records.
