Problems with 4.5 for Mac

Hi,
I have a problem with version 4.5 for Mac. I can't find out where else to email privately for support - the link on the Modesitt website doesn't work for me.

Was getting on fine with 4.3, but now installed 4.5 (should I have deleted 4.3 first?)

First problem was that I couldn't get a mini window to open. Eventually I got it open, but after some hours it stopped recording. That is, in the main window there was a green dot next to my time record showing it was running, but in the mini window, which shows me the actual time, nothing changed.

I did various things such as deleting, reinstalling, going back to 4.3 and also deleting the com. file in my preferences and restarting, but whatever I do, the time will not start running again. On top of that, I can no longer minimize - when I click on the symbol to create a mini window, I just get a fullscreen grey one.

Now I got a message 'Could not merge changes', which I don't understand.

I have Mac OS 10.6.8 btw.

Sorry, question withdrawn and problem solved - by clicking around. I found a thread last year with a similar problem, except that the poster had a husband to click around.
It is running again. In addition, after about 5 minutes your support link at modesitt.com did open a window for me to send you a private message in Mail - it just took a long time to do so.
