I`m looking for a timesheet.

I need to be able to add hours spent on diffrent cases/tickets per customer, internal working hours, and i need to be able to pull reports wich are sent directly by email via the timesheet to our customers with time spent, a short description of what has been done and time from and to.

And not too pricey.

Anyone know if such a software or web-based timesheet exist? 

Any answers would be greatly appriciated.
