Placing an image next to the title but still with the band showing in timeline

Hi there

I am building a project and with some great help via this discussion have come a long way, being a noob I need some help?!

Can someone point me in the right direction in how to incorporate an extra item into the timeline bands... I need an image placed between the actual timeline band and the title.
