Hi Guys,
Had the free version working great until about two weeks ago, started
generating sync errors at start-up, but would still log time. Stopped
working completely since then, tried resetting my API but no go. Tried
the Pro version, same problem. Uninstalled both, rebooted the phone,
reset the API and still no joy.
Any suggestions? Running on a non-rooted Nexus One, 2.1 Update 1.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,

Do you mean you it stopped automatic syncing on startup or it just won't sync even with the menu entry "Sync Freshbooks"?  I just tried resyncing on my Nexus one with TimeDroid Pro and it worked fine. Are you sure you have the account name correct with just the name and no .freshbooks.com? And you have Enable API checked in Freshbooks?

Regards,
Travis Reeder

Hi Travis,

In desperation I pulled the SIM and tested with Wifi only - works like
a charm. Data services are spotty with the current provider, but they
could be inadvertently blocking ports required for TimeDroid to play
with the Freshbooks API? Switched cell providers (which is when i
encountered problems) so the new start-up must be having network
problems?

Can i try pass them some additional info or should I just switch back
to my old provider? :(

Thanks for the quick response btw!

Regards,
Mike

Hi Travis,

Automatic & Manual sync both fail. account name is correct & as
mentioned, reset the Freshbooks API and tried fresh auth tokens as
well. Wont play via Wifi or 3G, but I'll try get more testing done
this afternoon, might be carrier related..?

Regards,
Mike

Interesting, strange that it wouldn't work, I can't imagine they'd block access to freshbooks?
