Have uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same error
message, :"Sorry! The application has stopped unexpectedly. Please
try again." Help!

What kind of phone do you have? And what version of Android are you running?

It's the Motorola DROID. Don't know version, but the phone's only a few
months old.

Same problem here! program worked great for 2 days then FC all the
time now. Samsung Moment android 1.5 (cupcake cl14)

Hi all,

So we just published new versions of TimeDroid and TimeDroid Pro that will allow you to send us a log of what's going on when a Force Close happens. So could you update your TimeDroid's, try it out and when you get the Force Close, send the log our away and we'll try to get this fixed asap.

I've updated to latest version of Droid, have uninstalled TimeDroid
free, have installed TimeDroid Pro and am still having problems. This
time the error message is failure to talk to Freshbooks. Very frustrated.

Failure to talk to Freshbooks must be an invalid account name, API key or bad connection. I would try reentering your account and API key again and see if it takes.

Ok, Thanks to Paul for sending in Force Close log. Just pushed out a new version (1.2.4) that should fix this.

How can I re-enter acct name, API key, etc. without uninstalling and
reinstalling? As soon as I open Timedroid, I immediately get the
function screen and the error message. I downloaded and installed
Tmedroid free version, filled in account info, etc. and get the same
error message. After completing acct info, there is no button to
indicate completed, next, done, etc. I've just closed by pushing back
button, but then my info isn't registered, apparently. I've now
uninstalled both Pro and free versions and await your next suggestion.

The only thing I can say is you have to be sure to get the account name exactly right and the API key exactly right. Also, be sure to have the Enable API checkbox checked in your Freshbooks settings.

You just enter the information, press "Ok", then press back when Settings are done to go to main screen. At which point it should sync your freshbooks information.

Still not working. Do I need to enter https:// in front of our account
name?

After about the 10th attempt, or more, I'm giving up. I've entered the
API URL exactly as it appears on my freshbooks account (https://the . .
. . . . . .freshbooks.com/api/2.1/xml-in and my API key exactly as it
appears (have checked and re-checked). Still getting failure to talk to
freshbooks error message. Please let me know if this bug ever gets fixed.

You're not supposed to enter the url, just your account name, for instance in your url, it would be "the........" minute the quotes.

I only entered the whole URL after previous attempts at entering only my
account name, then my account name with .freshbooks.com failed. As of
this morning, I uninstalled Pro (again), reinstallled, used only our
account name (not the whole URL, not with freshbooks.com), got a new
API, entered exactly as is, and am still getting the error message
"failed to talk with freshbooks." My connectivity is fine -- emails are
coming in without a hitch.
