A few ideas on how to make this app great

Hello, I recently purchased the pro version of the app and like it.
I'm going to throw out a few ideas that I think will make this app a
lot more robust and user friendly.

It should have the ability to mark time in increments, such as 15
minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc. Being an IT consultant myself, I
bill in 15 minute quarters and I'm sure a lot of other people that use
it bill in increments as well.

There should be an icon located in the task bar when the app is
running up time to let the user know the app is still running and the
clock is still running.

The ability to add notes without having to log the hours. I wrote a
note, and went back to the home screen. When I came back, the app was
gone. When I work for several hours at a job site I need to add
sometimes several lines of notes over the course of that time.
Currently, I can only enter all my notes when I log it, which might be
several hours later.

Anyway, hopefully the author reads this and seriously considers it :)
