Hi. I can't get this program to sync with my Freshbooks account.

https://procaretechnology.freshbooks.com

I have tried to enter and re-enter and re-enter the token but I keep
getting the message: "Failed to talk with freshbooks. Please check
your account and authentication token"

There has to be something wrong with my account. The info i'm putting
in the text box is right!

Please Help

I have a Nexus One.

Maybe try resetting your API token in freshbooks and try again.

Hi. Yeah, I've done that eleven times so far. I forgot to metion that in my first post. The weird part is that the error message pops up instantly. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I wonder if you are having some kind of networking issue. What
network do you use? Try logging in via wifi or if that's what you
were using try switching to 3g, see if that makes a difference.

My other thought is that you aren't entering the username or key
correctly. Username is not ACCOUNT.freshbooks.com but just ACCOUNT.
Log in to freshbooks and copy/paste the API key instead of typing it.

Finally I would uninstall and reinstall the app.

Not trying to insult your intelligence or anything, sometimes it's the
simplest things. It works well for me on the G1 w/ cyanogens rom, but
I can't vouch for the Nexus.

Best of luck,

Looks like my intelligence needed insulting!  Thanks!  I took off the "https://" and the "api/2.1/xml-in" and it finally worked! (Duhhhh on my part!)
Thanks Again
