Two of the Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar gang's "most wanted" criminals were arrested by the Delhi Police on July 3. The arrested criminals include one of the primary shooters in the murder of Punjabi musician Sidhu Moose Wala.
Ankit Sirsa, one of the shooters who shot randomly at the singer, and Sachin Bhiwani, who provided cover for four of the shooters in the Sidhu Moose Wala case, were both apprehended on Sunday at Delhi's Kashmiri Gate bus stop, according to Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal, Special Commissioner of Police of the Delhi Police Special Cell.

New Delhi: In a major breakthrough in singer Sidhu Moosewala's death case, Punjab Police in a joint operation with Delhi Police on Saturday arrested a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and recovered 11 pistols from him, sources told ABP News. Identified as Deepak Mundi, the shooter reportedly involved in Moosewala's killing was nabbed by police officials near India Nepal border and is now being brought back. The team is expected to arrive in Delhi later tonight.
\"We are pleased with the investigation on the impact social media may have had on the shooter. That's an area of keen interest for us because we're very interested in the circumstances that allowed for this to take place, systems that may have helped radicalize this person,\" Garnell Whitfield Jr., whose 86-year-old mother Ruth Whitfield was killed in the attack, told ABC News.

Delhi Police is expected to visit Uttar Pradesh for further inquiry, particularly regarding the arrested Sachin Thapan, apprehended in Azerbaijan.
