So, stop the container, make a note of the folder mappings exactly as you have them setup, and back up sabnzbd.ini which should be in the appdata/sabnzbd folder.

Then install the new container but change the appdata folder it's using, then stop the new container, replace the sabnzbd.ini in your new appdata with the old one and restart the container.

I'd recommend the linuxserver.io version (obviously)
