Instead of the infamous gargoyle duo, there was instead the Fire Giant boss in what seems to be his non-hostile pose, holding his gigantic lid above his head, making it look like he is shielding himself from the waterfall.
In the comments, some users were commenting on the coincidence of this unique randomizer placement as it fits so well, while others were envious as in their own randomizer runs they would get enemies like Elden Ring's serpentine Demi-god boss Rykard twice.

The type of mod has exploded in popularity over the last few years, with Twitch streamers all over the platform taking them up. Another noteworthy aspect of the mod is when you open the itemRandomiser folder, you will have a seed file, marked in the picture below, which you can delete to reset the randomizer and change the game the next time you boot this mod.
After you have selected the randomization options go to the launch_eledn_ring_item_randomiser.exe launcher in the game folder and boot the game. If you have the game on Steam then open the Steam app for the game to be launched with this file, otherwise it might not work.
