New from Can You Run It, now you can test your computer once and see all of the games your computer can run. We will analyze your computer against 8,500 of the newest and most popular games on the market. Both for Minimum and Recommended requirements.

This site provides a One-Click solution that looks at your computer's hardware and system software to determine whether or not your current system can run a product. Each of your computer's components is evaluated to see how well it meets the minimum and recommended requirements for specific products. Recommendations are made on how to update or upgrade each component which does not meet the listed requirements. Sometimes, a simple, free software download is all that is needed. Sometimes you'll find that you need a different video card to fully experience what the game has to offer.

For optimal performance with Creative Cloud apps, we recommend you keep your computer's or mobile device's operating system up to date. For desktop apps, Adobe supports our current apps and two previous major versions of each operating system. For web and mobile apps, we support only the current version of the operating system.

The Creative Cloud website and associated websites, such as the Adobe Admin Console, are all designed to work optimally in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. You may have trouble using certain features on older versions of browsers.

As a Creative Cloud member, you can download and install Creative Cloud apps in any language in which the products are available. So you can have different language versions of each product depending on your needs. See the Language availability section for a complete list of languages for each Creative Cloud app.

Students and exam-takers downloading the test-taking software, Examplify, should review these Minimum System Requirements (MSRs) to ensure their devices are supported. Examplify works with most modern computers, both Mac and Windows operating systems. To keep Examplify current in the rapidly evolving market, when new technology is introduced, Examplify works hard to timely implement updates that accommodate changes in technologies. It is not always possible, however, to support all hardware or software, unless and until we test and certify updated technologies, including chipsets and operating systems.

While unsupported versions may still function, ExamSoft may not troubleshoot issues arising on unsupported versions. Users encountering technical issues on an unsupported version may be instructed to update to a supported version in order to resolve their issue.

Examplify supports many different audio array devices. However, before you select your audio device, you must validate that your audio is working. To do this, please review this article on confirming your audio settings in Examplify.

If you're looking for help actually joining a session, see the various ways you can join (these may vary depending on the organizers settings) as well as Join a webinar session. If you are running into some unexpected snags, see I can't join my session.

The webinar confirmation email includes a link to the system requirements page. Depending on the webinar type, you'll be taken to the system check page for a Standard (formerly called "Classic") webinar, Webcast webinar, or Recorded (formerly called "Simulated Live") webinar. You can also reach out to the webinar organizer and ask what type of webinar they scheduled before reviewing the various system requirements below.

There are some differences in the dependencies for Commerce on Cloud infrastructure. Service version and compatibility support for Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure is determined by services tested and deployed to the hosted cloud environments, and sometimes differ from versions supported by Adobe Commerce on-premises deployments. For example, Elasticsearch 7.17 is supported for Commerce 2.4.4 for on-premise deployments, but OpenSearch 1.2 is supported for Commerce 2.4.4 on Cloud infrastructure.

Adobe only supports the combination of system requirements described in the following tables. For example, 2.4.5 is fully tested with MariaDB 10.4. Adobe recommends that you upgrade to MariaDB 10.4 before upgrading to 2.4.5.

It is recommended that you verify that PHP OPcache is enabled for performance reasons. The OPcache is enabled in many PHP distributions. The opcache extension is installed by default in the Commerce on Cloud infrastructure.

For on-premesis, verify that PHP OPcache it is installed, see PHP settings. Or for specific guidance on performance settings, see the software recommendations for PHP settings in the Performance Best Practices guide.

Upgrading the applications and extensions you obtain from the Commerce Marketplace and other sources can require up to 2 GB of RAM. If you are using a system with less than 2 GB of RAM, create a swap file; otherwise, your upgrade might fail.

We recommend a hardwired Ethernet connection, or a router with a 5 GHz WiFi connection. We also require less than 80ms of network latency from an NVIDIA data center. Please read this knowledge base article on how to test your network.
