Marker Tutorial and Updated Tutorial Format

Just a quick note to let people know that I have added a short
tutorial on how to add markers which is pretty simple, so I don't
expect that it will provide any earth shattering revelations to any of
you. Of more interest, however, is some tweaks that I have made to
the way I build tutorial pages that allows easy inclusion of code
samples with a "Show Me" option.

Essentially, it's now easier for me to create tutorials on a
particular topic and have them include both code and snippets that
provide some info on how to achieve particular things. So if there
are any particular things you would like to see in tutorials, please
let me know.

Additionally, I did some work last night to improve the look of the
API docs, but unfortunately the content is still behind where it
should be. My intention is to focus on tutorials first as I think
they provide useful contextual information and get back to the API
